VSkip - Voice Message Summary

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using VSkip ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VSkip is a voice message summarization tool. It converts audio messages into text summaries using AI-powered speech recognition and language models. The App is available as an iOS application and a Telegram bot.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

• 7-day free trial: Up to 2 voice message summaries per day. Maximum audio duration: 2 minutes per message. Access to 5 basic output templates.
• Premium tier: Unlimited summaries, audio up to 30 minutes, all output templates, custom prompts, and priority processing.

Usage limits may be adjusted at our discretion. We will notify users of significant changes.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
• Available plans: Weekly ($1.99), Monthly ($4.99), Annual ($29.99).
• Some plans include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit audio that you do not have the right to process (e.g., recordings made without consent where required by law).
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, subscription requirements, or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers) outside of the official Telegram Bot.
• Submit content designed to manipulate or exploit the AI system (prompt injection).

6. Content and Accuracy

VSkip uses AI to generate summaries. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Summaries are provided "as-is" for convenience and should not be relied upon as a verbatim or legally accurate transcription.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any summary before acting on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by VSkip. You retain ownership of your audio content. By using the App, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your audio solely for the purpose of generating a summary. This license expires when processing is complete.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

9. Availability

We strive to keep VSkip available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSkip and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Active subscriptions should be canceled through Apple before deletion to avoid further charges.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kazakhstan.
